We open our digital doors every Thursday from 6:00 AM PST to 12:00 AM PST — less than 24 hours.This short window allows us to stay true to our values: slow fashion, small-batch production, and complete focus on quality.

Every Heirs + Bloom piece is handmade in small quantities, often just 1 or 2 of each style — sometimes a few more, but never many.
This ensures each item is special, intentional, and treated with the care it deserves.

Due to the exclusivity and low stock, some pieces sell out within minutes.
If you miss a drop, don’t worry — the store will reopen the following Tuesday.
And for our most loyal customers, we occasionally open the store 5 minutes early as a quiet thank you. Be sure you’re subscribed to our emails or texts so you don’t miss it.

Yes — all our garments are thoughtfully designed to fit and flatter a range of body shapes. Each piece offers comfort without compromising elegance.
One-size also means a simpler, more intuitive shopping experience — no guesswork, no size charts, and less risk of choosing the wrong fit.
Materials & Care

We work exclusively with natural fabrics — primarily silk, and eventually cotton — chosen for their softness, breathability, and lasting beauty. We never use synthetic materials like polyester or nylon.

Each piece is handmade with care and deserves to be cared for in the same spirit.
We recommend dry clean only to preserve the delicate fibers, natural dyes, and timeless drape of the fabric.
Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. mainland usually takes 3–5 business days.
If you're ordering from outside the U.S., delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. Please keep in mind that international shipments may also be subject to import duties and taxes.

Yes — we offer free standard shipping within the U.S. mainland on orders over $149.
For orders under that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International orders do not qualify for free shipping and may be subject to import duties and taxes.

After that window, we begin processing your shipment and can’t guarantee changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition, with tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging (if applicable)
If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.Please note: Returns by mail are subject to a $7.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. This helps us cover the cost of careful handling and ensures we can continue offering intentional, small-batch service.
Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
