Refund policy

🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition, with tags attached
  • Returned in their original packaging (if applicable)

If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

 

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Returns by mail are subject to a $7.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. This helps us cover the cost of careful handling and ensures we can continue offering intentional, small-batch service.

Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

 

📦 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your piece and placing a new order.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return (optional, but very helpful)

We’ll reply within 1 business day with next steps.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our materials, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item marked as Final Sale
  • Limited Editions such as Mommy & Me
