🚚 Where do you ship?

We ship from the U.S. and currently offer standard shipping within the U.S. mainland.

We also accept international orders, but please note:

All prices are shown exclusive of import duties and taxes.

Buyers outside the U.S. mainland are responsible for any customs fees or additional charges upon delivery.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. mainland usually takes 3–5 business days.

If you're ordering from outside the U.S., delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. Please keep in mind that international shipments may also be subject to import duties and taxes.

📦 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping within the U.S. mainland on orders over $149.

For orders under that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International orders do not qualify for free shipping and may be subject to import duties and taxes.

 

🚀 Can I upgrade shipping after placing my order?

Yes — we’re happy to help! If you’d like to upgrade your shipping, please email us at hi@heirsandbloom.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

After that window, we begin processing your shipment and can’t guarantee changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
